Return Eligibility & Process

  • Customers must initiate a return request within 4 days from the product delivery date.
  • To request a return, please contact us at support@retailhub.org.in with order details.
  • The product must be returned in its original condition, with tags and documents intact, and securely packaged for transit.

Return Categories & Charges

1. Free Returns (Incorrect or Defective Items)

If the item received is incorrect or defective, we will:

  • Cover the full return shipping cost.
  • Offer either a refund or an exchange.
  • Process a refund to your wallet once the item is returned and inspected.

2. Returns for Non-Defective Items

If a customer wishes to return an item that was correctly shipped, we will:

  • Provide a refund for the product amount.
  • Charge a nominal flat return shipping and packaging fee, which must be covered by either the customer.

Refund Process

  • Once the returned item is received and verified, refunds will be processed within 7 working business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to your A/c.
